Right then, that is it from the game. Manchester Originals have won it comprehensively. The action continues as we have a game lined up next between Welsh Fire and London Spirit. Northern Superchargers will be rooting on Welsh Fire to win this one. The game begins at 10.30 pm IST (5 pm GMT) The build-up for the game has already started so do switch tabs and enjoy the coverage of that game. Cheers!
Calvin Harrison is the player of the match. He says that it feels great to be playing this tournament. Adds that the pitch was good and all they needed was to land the ball in the right areas and it worked out well. Mentions that he has not had the chance to talk to experienced guys a lot but the chemistry among the side is amazing. Also credits the batting order for a brilliant score on the board for them to defend. Closes by saying that it was a great opportunity to showcase his skills and it feels amazing to have grabbed that chance with both hands.
Presentation coming up...
Earlier in the game, it was a Jos Buttler show. His vicious knock of 75 runs made the Manchester Originals reach a good total of 164 runs. Philip Salt and Paul Walter played their cameos too. For Northern Superchargers, their bowlers just failed to pick up the wickets at the start. They did well at the end. Adil Rashid ended up with a four-fer.
Well, to be honest, there is not much to write about the Northern Superchargers batters here. They just kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. Six of their batters were dismissed on a single digit. They will now just be hoping for the London Spirits to lose their game.
It was certainly one-way traffic throughout the game. Manchester Originals claw their way to the second spot and Northern Superchargers are nearly out of this tournament with this loss if the Spirits win their game later. Manchester Original's bowlers spat fire over the Northern Superchargers batters right from the get-go. Calvin Harrison was the pick of the bowlers as he ended up with a five-fer on his name. Tom Hartley picked in with a couple of wickets whilst Josh Tongue and Jamie Overton have one in their kitty. They won it comprehensively by 81 runs.

OUT! IT IS ALL OVER! Short-pitched delivery body bound, Adil Rashid looks to pull this one but gets hurried by brute pace behind this. The sliced bat edge lobs to the left of Laurie Evans but he covers good ground and takes a splendid catch. Manchester Originals have won this game convincingly by 81 runs.
