That’s it from this game then and the semi-finals are now set! Titans will take on Dolphins in the first semi-final and it will be Western Province against Rocks in the other semi-final. There's still one more game left in the group stage though and that is a clash between the Warriors and the North West Dragons. That begins at 6 pm IST (12.30 pm GMT). Do join us, till then, goodbye and take care.
Prenelan Subrayen, the skipper of Dolphins is the BOWLER OF THE MATCH. He says that it's always difficult to recover when you lose early wickets in the Powerplay but experience in the middle-order helped them a lot today. He adds that they have momentum in the batting as well as the bowling and everyone is in a better space right now, so they will look to carry this momentum forward. He mentions that Miller is working hard to recover in time for the semis and ends up by saying that it's going to be difficult from here on but they will give it their all.
Khaya Zondo is the BATTER OF THE MATCH. He says that he wanted to keep the confidence when he said that they had enough runs on the board when in reality they were 10 runs or so short but it was more than enough in the end. He adds that the boys bowled brilliantly and got their side home comfortably in the end. He adds that they will want to keep up the good show in the semi-finals as well.
Stay tuned for the presentation.
Western Province will be disappointed with their effort today. They were right on the top of their game for the majority of their bowling innings but let the momentum slip in the death overs. Then, with the bat they just couldn’t handle the pressure after early wickets and lost the plot completely to give away a bonus point to their opponents. They were already through to the semi-finals and that might have brought some complacency in their game today but they would like to put this loss behind and come out all guns blazing in the semi-finals.
This game was always going to be a test of character for Dolphins and when they lost three wickets for just 13 runs on the board, it all looked quite bleak for them. However, Zondo and Andile Phehlukwayo with his fireworks took them to a decent total in the end and then it was upto their bowlers to step up. They started off in a shaky fashion with Andile Phehlukwayo dropping Levi early in the innings. They needed a special effort to get them going and Eathan Bosch with a brilliant catch off his own bowling provided that effort. It was all Dolphins after that, as all bowlers continued to put pressure on the batters and wickets kept coming for them at regular intervals. Parsons took two wickets in consecutive balls and that almost sealed the game for them. They ended up bundling out opposition for just 83 and have won this crucial knockout game for them now.
Dolphins have sealed the final spot in the semi-finals! What a fightback this has been from them, after they were rocked early in this game with three early wickets. They kept on fighting though and in the end have gone onto win this game by a comfortable margin. They have blown away Western Province here and have bagged a bonus point as well. Western Province though will look to comeback strongly in the semi-finals but for now, it is all smiles for the Dolphins.

OUT! TAKEN! Dolphins are just one wicket away now from making it through to the semi-finals. Ottniel Baartman sees Mihlali Mpongwana advancing down the track and drags back his length. The ball is bowled around off and Mpongwana ends up chipping it to the left of mid off. Ruan de Swardt over there dives down and to his left to take the catch just before the ball hits the turf. The umpires have referred it and the soft signal is out. The third umpire checks the replay and all is fine with the catch. Mihlali Mpongwana has to walks back.
